"Life can often lead us down unplanned paths, causing setbacks we hadn’t anticipated. As a therapist, it is my privilege and goal to support you during times of stress, mental health changes, and life adjustments. I believe it is crucially important to create an atmosphere where you feel respected, understood, and accepted. I utilize a strengths-based approach to therapy that is individualized to your specific needs. I use eclectic methods in helping you reach your goals including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness-based approaches."
"I have been working with individuals and families for over 10 years. I primarily serve adults ages 18+. My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, trauma-related history, co-occurring disorders, women’s issues, parenting struggles, chronic mental health needs, chronic medical needs, and young adult transitions. I have a passion in working with new and established mothers who are struggling with perinatal and postpartum mental health issues."
"I believe we are all a work in progress, continually becoming the best versions of ourselves. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you on your journey to a better, healthier future."
