"I believe that everyone’s life experience is different, each with our own unique story. I am a warm individual who will listen to your story and help you to formulate the goals you want to achieve as you continue to build your life story. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the fundamental basis for the work in therapy. For this relationship to develop, respect, empathy, and trust must be the foundations. My goal as a therapist is to support my clients, by building a therapeutic alliance and maintaining respect and trust to move toward positive change. My experience includes working with those experiencing depression, anxiety, grief/loss, those struggling with self-esteem, relationship issues, spirituality, women’s issues, substance use, and care giver support, and anger management.  My role is to help you become the “expert” so you can continue to grow long after our final session together. The most important thing I need you to know about me and how I work is that I believe Counseling to be a calling and I truly believe in the power of Therapy to change lives. I believe that talking about the things that hurt us, provides us, with the power to overcome them. As a Counselor, I hear of many sad and difficult situations and I hope for the wisdom and knowledge to know how to best be of service to my clients."

Anna is a experienced Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who utilizes Cognitive Behavioral, (CBT) Dialectical Behavior (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology and Strength-Based Therapy within her work.

Anna is currently accepting new clients for in person counseling sessions at our Farmington Office as well as through "HIPPAA" compliant Telehealth. She is currently being paneled in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Husky, Tri-care and some Medicare plans.
