Life Transitions

A life transition can be positive or negative, planned or unexpected. Some transitions happen suddenly and can be dramatic, while other life transitions come from positive experiences such as getting married, going away to college, relocating or giving birth. Even though events like these are usually planned and anticipated, they can still be life-altering. They can leave you feeling unprepared and you may experience a host of emotions, such as shock, anger and sadness. You may want to withdraw from others as well.
